absent a contract which defines 'paid' as 'book' or 'tax' you would have a tough time proving that you should be paid for cash not rec'd. iow, what the company recognizes is not important.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
