Chipotle/Qdoba nutrition calculator

This is fun if you're a HUGE BURRITO fan. Actually, maybe it's not so fun.

Here's my favorite: Chicken Burrito, Pinto, Hot, Cheese, and Guacamole. "Guacamolez exsssstra, iss ok? Yes. It's ok."

Whoo-eee! Talk about carb loading! Sounds yummy. Our local burro stand is called "Moe's", and I'm sure their #'s will be just as high (don't want to know).

One reason I don't typically eat Mexican food. How many buff-looking, healthy Mexican dudes do you see walking around? Not too many. Now figure that the "fast food" type, Americanized "Mexican" joints are probably even less healthy as a general rule. . . No thanks.

I do indulge in Baja Fresh once in a while though. . . Their stuff is really tasty. Everything in moderation I guess.

Sweet! ONLY 1342 calories in the chicken fajita burrito I just finished. A mere 628 from fat. Man do I feel great!

I guess I am eating about the right amount then because I always cut their burritos in half to save for another meal.

Hey, HEY! I resemble that ethnic stereotype. Ahorale, can you pass the salsa, homie?

In most cultures the food that is recognized as that culture's typical food, whether Mexican, Italian, Asian, etc is characterized by what the poor people of that culture once ate. They had to, they didn't have money for good cuts of meat and the finer things.

So, what characterizes the stereotypical Italian food is pasta = cheap carbs; Mexican is beans/rice = cheap carbs; Irish is potatoes = cheap carbs, Asian is rice = cheap carbs. American white folks? I don't know? Aerosol cheese on Wonder bread? (Sorry Jeff, couldn't miss the chance to take a shot!)

Heck no, we pick up all scraps of meat off the butchers floor, add the trimmed fat they have laying around then run it through a grinder and serve it as a hamburger. Not bad enough for you? Here let me but a big fatty slice of cheese on there for ya... what, you want more? Ok here let us throw a couple of slices of bacon on there.
And here have a big pile of greasy fries with that. Now how about a shake?

You're right - there aren't too many dudes subsisting on so-called "American" food that are lookin' all that good either. No offense meant, just a generalization. Most of the guys I'm talking about are the ones hanging out at one of our bajillion taco stands. . . Not the healthiest dining options to be sure.

There's always Oscar DeLa Hoya - he's Mexican, isn't he? That's one fit-lookin' dude. Probably doesn't hit the carnitas and chicken enchilada buffet very often though I'd guess.

I like mexican food. I do not eat it on a daily basis, but at 6 feet and 175, I don't think I have too much of a problem....Everything in moderation. Chile Rillanos....(yum)

One good thing...Salsa is quite low in calories (sodium...that's another story)
