Kerry's behavior is what is appalling to me. He wants to let this kind of outrageous ***** go on in his public political appearances in order to get the press to cover this crap. Hell, he only had 100 or so in the audience according to what I read.
Skull & Bones, the secret society that rules the the world, that's another good one.:D |
From the latest news http://www.starbanner.com/article/20070918/NEWS/70918007/1053/BREAKING_NEWS, not only did the ass clown deserve to be tased, but he also asked for it, and thanked the cops for it. The little attention whore would also only scream when he was in front of the cameras. The cops just fell in his scam. He is probably trying to launch his political career.

I think he got the juice because he called the Cop, "Bro".
|
It looked like "Ho" would have been appropriate as well.

I saw the video on my big tv last night and it was a little more telling than the youtube clip on my computer. That idiot broke away from the cops and was running back either toward the stage or the mic. At that point he should have been tased and tased hard. How did the cops know he wasn't trying to hurt Kerry? He was clearly trying to get away from the cops, aka resisting arrest.

You know, some police depts. have begun using laser sights on their sidearms, (I dunno about tasers) because having a perp see a red dot on his chest where he's about to get shot (or tased) is supposed to convince him that he ain't gonna walk away from the encounter unscathed if he continues to behave badly. I don't know if it actually works.
|
Yep, by the article I saw this morning and this asshat's own website, he's just a little attention whore that got what he deserved.
|
So for you lawyers out there, who thinks this kid gets rich in a lawsuit? Would the police or univ. settle it, fight it and lose or fight it and win?
|
Wow tough crowd.
Wow tough cops. |

If it's found that its use was a bad judgement on the part of the cops, dunno what judge/jury might decide to do. If it's found that the cops used the taser to "punish" the guy, they should be prosecuted like anyone else (it aint their job to mete out punishment). In this case the kid could sue and maybe win. In either case the kid should be prosecuted for resisting the cops. |
FWIW on a law enforcement BBS they commented that the youtube video(s) are edited and that the guy forced his way to the front of the line and blabbered on for some time before the video starts.
I don't think this guy has a case... you resist the police, they are allowed to use any force necessary to subdue you. |

The guy clearly doesn't have a case as far as resisting the police. |

If you don't know what you are talking about, perhaps best not to share your emotional take on the situation, it does not contribute much to the discussion. This was an appropriate use of force by the security guys, the DB(or turd sandwich, that is yet to be determined) has no case, will sue and lose. It is as simple as that. |
