Coming to Los Angeles

I'm going to be in LA this weekend, arriving 11ish on Saturday and should have a bit of the weekend free.

Anyone going to be around?

Yea, don't know what the plans are yet, but should be up for a brew if you're interested.

We can GTG Sunday and watch the Patriots manhandle the Bills. Without cameras.

not sure yet Scott. can you sleep on the beach in a tent? I haven't been camping in a while. Monday is all business, but Sat. Sun. are just for fun.

Will you be around?

Jeff, only plans I have are to see an old 928 euro in South Gate. One of my reps may be showing around too. it's pretty loose right now, but definitely want to meet up. Unfortunately I have no ability to watch sports on TV (I just don't get it), but am up for anything outdoors.

Great! I'll have the shirts with me. as samples they came out great, but more time, testing and maybe a little better separations and they'll be perfect in production.

Will call when I get the rental and we can set something up. Really looking forward to seeing you and your car!

Still trying to unpack, here, from our recent move from Cape Cod to L.A.

2 kids = no free time

But perhaps I can sneak out for a bit for a GTG.

You should drive 2 hours north and watch the Buttonwillow 100. That's where I'll be...but driving, not watching

What part of LA? If someone wants to meet up with Shaun, I'll try to make if for a coffee, anyway. Sunday morning is the slowest time, but it gets busy out there by 10 - 11 AM and seems like any weekday.

Denis,

Dammit, its got to be getting chilly up there now. Was in the 30's in upstate NY two nights ago and MN aint much better. You need to get your buns (and pup) back home where its "sunny and warm all year around" before the two of you get snowed in! You have to have been gone 5-6 months by now?

Milt, I'll have a car and will be all over, but can certainly meet for coffee, some eggs, though I'd love the opportunity to see your bumpers in person.

I'm looking today at camp grounds, hoping for something close to a beach. This weekend is the closest thing I'll have to a vacation in 2-3 years.

Thanks Denis, would be great to meet you. Will you be in MN around Thanksgiving? I come out every year for the week. If you are, let's meet-up.

Is there a swoon smiley?

It does sound like a good time, will see if it fits in the schedule.

My cell is 617-519-7834 Noah. Would love to meet up if you have time, but moving + kids isn't pretty, so completely understand priorities.

Beach camping is hard to come by in LA County. Orange County has good camping just before Huntington Beach on PCH. It's called Bolsa State Beach, if you want to Google it. The next is up Santa Barbara way. Ventura, Oxnard, those places. Overnight camping is by reservation and weekends sell out months in advance. You're probably better off camping in a Wal Mart lot, which they allow for some reason.
