So what's your excuse?

Friday night in front of the computer? Good god, what's wrong with you people?!?

I'm fluffing up my resume and writing a KICKASS cover letter, otherwise I'd be out with my fan club, sipping on drinks named after me at high-brow establishments.

What's your excuse?

David? C'mon admit the truth.

Personally, I am at the 'puter cause my woman is browsing the cable shopping channels (just shoot me) and my Dodgers are sucking their way to the end of the season (I was at the Ravine last night...sucked). After work spent about 3 hours demo-ing my bathroom. Going down to the studs including tearing out the 75 year old tile floor with an incredible 5-6" of mortar bed!

What if I tapped into the big screen T.V. and am forcing everyone in the bar to surf Pelican? Watch out man, I may just do that!

Just having a quick look before my Citation comes into Sacto where I'll be spending the evening with the Gov to discuss how we can get an Austrian-born American into the Oval Office. Then I'll swing over to LA see how the Van Halen rehearsals are coming along.

Just got back from a cruise to the Bahamas with the wifey. I leave on Tuesday for Toronto. Week after, I go to Vancouver, BC, and In a few more weeks, I may be going back to Prague, and then on to Malta and Iceland.

I'm transferring files between external hard drives, archiving, freeing up space, and updating FinalCut Studio. Getting ready to log footage.

That would be my excuse.

Tonight is studying for welding class.

My friends are all out partying, but I spent last night in the rain at Fenway Park (and a bit drunk), so needless to say I am under the weather tonight.

Hey how did that turn out? At one point you were saying it was going a bit slow. I would love to take a welding night course. Right now all I'm good at is warping sheet metal and dancing around with hot slag in my boot. Funny to watch, but not terribly effective.

too old for the younger bars, anything else plays country. last time I went to the younger crowd bar some little punk asked what cha doing in here grandpa. I asked him what was his mother's name cause I might be his daddy, but I'd have to check the list. quit the bar scene after I decided to finally just be with one woman. if we went out, she'd get pissed when someone said hello or smiled, thinking I used to"date" her. little did she know it was usually most of them in there. I was very good at being bad

See my "Disappointed" thread. It's gotten better now that we are doing MIG, but the instruction/textbook are still abysmal.
