Interesting that the headline says he died from head butt but the article refers to doctor saying cause of death was heart attack. Pretty misleading reporting. Why not say he died from fright? Either that or he was some old fart that shouldn't have been fighting in the first place.

When my mother died, the death certificate said she died from heart failure. In reality, she was sick with the flu, throwing up, and took a nap on the couch. She slipped into a diabetic coma and never woke up. Of all the contributing factors, it was heart failure that stopped her life.

It may not be misleading reporting, they might just leave it up to you to connect cause A with effect B
