if I had prior knowledge and a bunch of cash, could do the deal through an intermediary I would clean up. It would not surprise me one bit if a party or parties would have both the information and the dough to profit from a few planes crashing.

![]() . .. like for the Pentagon plane they claimed "Everyone knows aluminum is a metal, and metals don't burn --so where did the plane go?..if it ever existed." Rrrriiight.... any kid who's tried making Jiffy-pop pop-corn on a hot campfire knows aluminum certainly can burn.

If you want to learn more about those put options that have raised so many eyebrows, you can read about it here:

Nice video, ok not really but as a Titanic fan, I was obliged to watch. The Titanic was an absolutely amazing ship, the sad thing though with any tragedy is that we sometimes learn from our mistakes.
From Titanic came mandatory lifeboats and double plated hulls. Did you know the Titanic's third sister ship also sank from naval mine, originally known as Gigantic but renamed Britannic after the sinking. From Apollo 1, came a massive redesign of the Apollo capsule which carried us to the moon. From Challenger, came a more careful evaluation into the O-rings of the booster rockets which led eventually to our space station. So while sad, we have learned so much and gone so far since then.
