Bugatti Veyron vs Eurofighter Typhoon

Pretty cool race from this week's Top Gear.

The Veyron is cool but the Peel article was far more my taste.

Another good one. I'm looking forward to next week, when they travel Africa in used cars.

Not Top Gear but related.

Clarkson wins a gong and asks Hamilton "Why Switzerland?"

No offense to Matt but you know...who cares? I'm never gonna own one, I'm never gonna drive one and hell, I'l probably never even going to SEE one....so I don't care. And I live in La La land where you see almost EVERY car sooner or later.

I'm more intersted in a road test of the new ZO6 vs the GT-2 or something. At least I can delude myself into believing they will someday drop into my price range! Anyone else relate to that feeling?

Dan, you sound a little bitter. The Veyron is cool. Just breath a few deep breaths and repeat after me, gooosfraaabaaaahhh.

here's the full video (of the race, not the whole TG episode) instead of the partial above.

Doh! I watched the whole episode via torrent, I didn't realize that the YouTube clip was partial. Thanks Steve.

C'mon Dan, have a little fun. Oh, to dream....... Actually, I appreciate it from a pure engineering exercise. The technology in that car is nothing short of incredible. Rumor has it that they are still losing money, even at $1M each.

Very Good!

We watched the whole episode on Tuesday night off the torrent. It's now the highlight of the week for me waiting for it to be posted then downloading and watching it.
