Both countries (Canada and the USA) can improve greatly on its health care but Canada does have a better system for the most part than we do.

Maybe Oprah will come across this thread and give it some publicity. I had a friend make a comment like that in a newspaper article and he almost did get on Oprah! They contacted him and interviewed him, etc.
