albermarel raceway in VA/NC?????
I just came across this today in a local forum, From what I have heard its been under construction or developement since 2004. Anyone know anything about this?

If you're talking about a road course, it's High Rock Raceway, about halfway between Charlotte and Greensboro. I don't know what the actual construction status is, it's been off/on several times.
