Glad you liked it - sometimes it makes for more interesting conversation when the Pelican Gals join in.

Hey does anyone know how to get POR-15 off the fingers? My glove left glove leaked and my manicure is simply devestated...

cooking:
yep, that is for sure.

Can't cook:
No problem, just go to COSTCO and buy in bulk: wine, cheese, crackers, caviar (might be able to find a fake kind ), california roll (haha, that is not a bulk item)

Angela did provide some very good information! ... don't agree with the way they think at times though

POR-15

Never used but it's probably solvable in gasoline, paint solvents, manicure remover, possibly car/cooking oil.

I tend to use cooking to pre-wash my hands. Then grab some washing detergent powder to follow up and then go to regular soap to get the last of that oily film. Nothing like a good scrubbing brush too!

Wonderful stuff, did my 4Runner frame rails last week.

time is your friend here, maybe a week or so. Xylene is a good solvent for thinning POR15, you may want to try that.

The presentation makes it, notice that I use a cast iron pot, the water bottle in my hand was filled with Everclear, I squirt some into the pot, light it, then take a shot of it.
I don't cook very often, but when I do, I go for it

ya knowguys, after reading through all of these posts I've come to realize just how much work a relationship is. After a great deal of thought I'm going to take a page out of Wayne's housing book...sort of....I'm just going to keep renting.

LTR is definitely work.
Being single is also definitely work.

Depends on your view of priorities and if the "right" person shows up.

A buddy got it down to, if you wanna have a baby -- get married. If not, just be a live-in partner or better yet, a stop-by-when you want type. (he's a bit synical towards the other sex at the moment, but ....)

Beyond all this great advice, I still want to settle down again and put it on paper. lolo, will probably be my next downfall too

However, renting always means you can leave when you want and your loses are basically what you payed in rent compared to your assests if you purchase! (pun intended)

It is much cheaper, both financially & emotionally
In my line of work, I really don't have to put out much effort, but I have always loved a challenge

I won't lease a car, but women, well there comes a time to change to a newer model

Of course, I only say that because I haven't met the right one, plenty of the wrong ones though

If she asks "Do these trousers make my ass look big" DON'T say "No your ass makes your ass look big"

The difference between me and most guys? I KNOW I can contribute absolutley nothing to this thread.

Except this: Nothing but the passage of time will remove dried POR from your hands.
