Garage
The DP cars look weird from the front. The cockpit is too wide. I know they do this for safety reasons, but it doesn't stop them from looking bad.

Was a good time, weather wasn't to bad, chilly but ok, (for us not driving). Flying out tomorrow morning will post pics tomorrow evening. I agree the DP cars are not the most attractive. ALMS prototypes are much better looking cars.

Sorry KT, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This beholder's eye sees a butt-ugly race car.

The Doran, FABCAR and Multimatic are okay, but the Riley and Crawford look like a kit car I saw in the 70's.

Fair enough.

On another note: Anybody ( of course you did ) notice that Hoosier is out and Pirelli is in?
The Hoosier site has the DP/GT tires on close-out with free shipping- FYI.
Seems they were $170 each or some such.

The drivers and teams didn't have any negative feedback ( on camera ).

Yeah it's really a shame. The infield was relatively full. Maybe the ALMS cars would draw a bigger crowd.

not that I was perving or anything
