By the time I get to Phoenix she'll be rising
She'll find the note I left hangin' on her door She'll laugh when she reads the part that says I'm leavin' 'Cause I've left that girl so many times before By the time I make Albuquerque she'll be working She'll prob'ly stop at lunch and give me a call But she'll just hear that phone keep on ringin' Off the wall that's all By the time I make Oklahoma she'll be sleepin' She'll turn softly and call my name out loud And she'll cry just to think I'd really leave her Tho' time and time I try to tell her so She just didn't know I would really go. |

Look towards Northern or SE Phoenix. There are parts to avoid and we can discuss that over a cold adult beverage when you get here.
Heading out to London on the 10th of Feb, returning on the 26th or so, so it looks like we will miss each other on the first round but will get with you by emails. We have a few Pelican friends working at AmEx so might be of some help there... Joe PS, my 2000 Jag registration was something like $230 or so. Same thing for my old Honda was dirt cheap so its not bad.

Ooooh. We have Pelican friends at Amex? Please name names. I need to get my wife in touch with some folks. She's not the best at professional networking.

Rick,
Let me email the one I remember directly. Best not to do this over the open airwaves. Joe

Dang Joe, I was hoping you would be around that weekend so we could all enjoy one of those previously mentioned adult beverages!
Rick - If your wife is an analyist, you might have her check with Vanguard if the Amex thing doesn't pan out. It is one of the largest mutual fund companies in the country and it's based here in Socttsdale: https://careers.vanguard.com/pljb/vanguard/vgcareers/applicant/index.jsp |

Rick,
I just sold my 97 C4 Cab and tags were ~$300. You might consider renting in the Arcadia area until your wife finds employment, that will put you central to just about everything and 10-15 minutes from the airport. Only downside is that you will be hard pressed to get a 3+ car garage in the area. Best, Nick |
