#5 in all of Canada!
Well I'm having a great day today and thought I'd share with the PPOT
![]() Started last night when I chimed in and found out the BigChillars great good news, I knew right then today was gonna be a great day! And it was. ![]() My office advised me today that my Real Estate Marketing Team ended up in the #5 position for all of Canada. It's quite a prestigous award. About 3 years ago I joined with a partner and we founded a business plan to start our own marketing company. We initiated some very unique and clever ideas to launch our business. We both joined Century 21 as Realtors and in my first year they gave me the "Rookie of the Year" award (2006). I'd made the most amount of income than any other first year Realtor in all of Canada! Now last year, we just got the News today that our Marketing Team is the #5 in all of Canada. But here's the kicker....... we live in a small town in the interior of BC with a population of 16,000 people and if you include a 2 hour circle of outlying areas, we are around 100,000. There are 300 Realtors in our Region, we have been in the No.1 spot locally since about our 3rd month of start up. Beating out the local yocals is one thing, but beating out the major City centers all across Canada...... well that's another! Pat, Pat....... back to work! Happy to share my good news with you guys! Cheers, |

Rob, you've always impressed me as someone who takes a rational approach to Real Estate. While it might not get you the most money when the markets are going up (because you are not foisting crap on unsophisticated buyers), you can be successful regardless of the market. I've always thought that "challenging" markets separate the pros from the idiots anyways. (Anyone can make money in a bull market, only people who know what they are doing can make money when the bears are roaming.) Congrats!

Hate to rain on your parade, but my grade 9 English teacher told me things are either unique, or not unique. They can't be

Otherwise, congratulations. |

Congrats!
From what you've described in other threads, you work with a great team of folks who really enjoy each other. That makes a huge difference. Enjoy your success!

Good job! Now come to Arizona and give us a hand down here! There are already enough Canadian license plates here to give you a quorum!

Ha, ha; Thanks guys!
Some good posts here! Gotta love Stealthn's though! ^^^ The proof will be in the pudding with this years current economy? We're on track for a great year though. I only work at the marketing business part time and my development business the other; and yes, we have a great team that makes it all happen. Just love the success though, drives me. Cheers all, if any of you ever need a house in the Shuswap, I'll do the deal commission free for ya! Otherwise, we'll see ya on the forums. |
