Mega Power Saver

Anyone here heard of this? Does it really work? Anyone have one?

A friend of mine is looking at it and asked for my opinion. From the brochure it didn't sound/look like it something I'm interested in. So my first impression would be to pass on it. But I thought I'd trow it out there for your opinions...

Run Forest run!

I will let the brainy rocket scientist types here give you the technical reasons... but the blue collar translation is "y'all ain't getin sumptin fur nutin".

Besides I never buy anything with the word "mega" in the name.

Yeah, that works on the principle of magneto reluctance and unilateral phase phase diffraction.

The problem is, you need one for each hole (electrical socket) else the Carnot inductance meters lose the signal of the modal interaction between the pre-amulated swerver bearings and the panendermic semi-boloid slots in the stator.

If you watch the video you may get a better understanding of how these principles work...

...if it isn't apparent, this is my way of saying this is a joke.... run Forest, run....

You almost killed me with that. But the video put it all in perspective.

O.K. I will strain my tiny brain and try to remember something from electronics 101 that I took twenty years ago. You can move (electric) energy around but you can't passively gain any. By using a transformer you can increase the voltage but you will proportionally decrease the amperage and vice a versa. In fact through thermal loses of the transformer you will loose a little energy.
Someone with a physics degree could tell you a lot more about it.

Anyhoo, unless that thing magically sucks energy from the universe I doubt it can do much other that lighten your wallet.

That's all for now, I'm off to meditate in my pyramid with my crystals and consult the spirits on planet Zultron.

They claim the device does not consume any power, but then how does the "indicating light" get power?

Quote:
MEGA POWER SAVER does not consume electricity itself. You can use it continuously 24 hours a day all year round for 10 years without its affecting your electrical costs.
Quote:
Prior to using the MEGA POWER SAVER, first turn off the indicating light switch. Turn it on only after having plugged it in the outlet. Before unplugging the MEGA POWER SAVER, you need to turn the switch off the indicating light.

I would buy one, but I worry about it losing anti-matter containment.

The concept is ambihelically hydrangent and when the negative flux is unilaterally constrained by the voltage, the apparent power levels tend towards an asymptotically unattainable magnitude.

Never forget the intimate relationship between flux and reluctance, the magnetmotive force.

I ordered a full set. Of course, each comes with the optional defribulating hypoid ramiframitz to handle the octagonal decoherance.

I bought one for my Hybrid car. It must boost mileage as well?
