GT3RS Sighting in Lexington....

On my way back from class yesterday I heard a wonderful rumble, looked left, and then a gorgeous orange GT3RS cruises by on LimeStone/Nicholasville Rd.

Looks way better in person than it does in pictures...anyone know if this might have been a Pelican?

You are one lucky man. I have seen the CGT in person, but still no GT3RS.

PS. whats your facebook man?

Damn, I have only seen a GT3RS in the showroom, not on the street yet. I did get a ride in a regular GT3 this summer though.

I know..it was pretty special. There's actually quite a bit of $$$ here in Lexington, but a GT3RS is still something to behold. People here tend to spend money on horses and gigantic farms than >$100K cars. Pretty cool. You should have *heard* it!

Still haven't seen a CGT...hopefully one of these days:-P

Face book is under Gavin Kendall Jones, University of Kentucky.

sent, how about you Garrett?

Yeah I got to see the CGT on a cayman launch day at the local dealership. The best thing about that day was they let the monstrous v-10 roar. Inside the building. AMAZING SOUND!

Garrett Anderson- Miami University

That would be a crazy noise...my dad is a regional manager for porsche so my friend actually got to drive the CGT. His dad is the one who gave me a ride in the GT3 and he always has a company car that we are able to snag occasionally during the summer. He actually took me to the dealer this summer when I had to pick up the 924S after the shift linkage cable snapped. The guys at the dealer were really confused when the 19 year olds came in a Cayman to pick up another p-car.

I was on the freeway in my police car and heard the unmistakable sounds of a loud 911. I saw a 997GT3RS in my rearview mirror. The nose of the car quickly dipped as he mashed on the brakes thinking I was going to pull him over. I slowed a little, gave him a thumbs up, and he cruised on by. That was a baaaaad car!

Had to be Jas Dillon. He has a GT3RS, Carrera GT, Ferrari F430 Challenge Stradale, Ferrari F40, Lotus Esprit, Cayenne Turbo...I can't think of any more right now. Very nice guy.

I have seen an orange GT3RS here in Ashland also. I don't know who owns it and haven't talked to the guy yet.

For a small Kentucky town we have many cool cars around. I was out on a spirited drive out in the country awhile back and I passed a white Murcielago.

Yea I see that guy driving around in his various toys. One day I'm going to box him in with my tractor trailer and demand a ride
