Webmaster Help needed

Hi guys.
i am having a problem with my site regarding Firefox
the navigation is via javascript and when i make an edit to the source code, IE picks it up under a refresh, but Fire fox wont, when I reload the page or the Frame (oh, its also multiple frames), FF wont read the updated code.

what is the HTML source to force a re-read of the page each time it is used or
or every XXXX seconds????

thanks in advance

That didn't come out the way I wanted - sorry. I'm not a technical expert by any means, but from my limited knowledge, Frames are not ideal in multiple dimensions - search and display most notably. Hopefully you have the answer to fix your problem, and with that behind you you'll have the design time to re-do the site one day.

Don
