I don't really care if they called you a name first. That defense doesn't work with my 11 year old and it certainly shouldn't work with an adult.

I am free to call myself a poopyhead at any time however.

Both are very entertaining reading, thought provoking, and some posts even witty. But when witty turns to malice the entertainment value diminishes. The only thing Janus did wrong, IMO, was stupping to Mules level. I thought his 'essay' was very well written and yes thought provoking. But was it worthy of the threat of litigation? Not to many. I'd wager to say if everyone had to put their picture up prior to a post we'd have way less bickering. But then where's the entertainment in that? ;)

Then the stooping continued with a complete unwillingness by Janus & his posse to touch the issue at hand. It became somewhat of a "dog pile on the mule," if you will. I'm not complaining.
