Looks llike a 277to 30 Lincoln L V-8 Touring car, likely a Bru nn Body but I would need to see a side view to be sure. FAST car for the time, WAYYYYYY overengineered by Henry Leyland and virtually unchanged by Ford after taking control in 1920-21
