If that were my car, and I caught some kid doing that - he would be sitting in the driver's seat before he knew what hit him. :D
I parked next to a Ferrari of some kind at a local car show one time, where the car had "do not touch" signs all over it, with fine print going on to explain how not touching it would lead to its' enjoyment for generations to come. So I put a sign in my window that said to please touch all you want and, as a matter of fact, feel free to sit in the driver's seat and make engine noises. I played "doorman" for hours letting dozens of kids sit in it and truly enjoy it.
And yes, I would do so even if this were mine:
