Now Jeremy I thought I had the water in my backyard man, but jeez you have it made. I am really trying to get into the whole sailboating thing. Sadly, I don't own the boat and am nowhere near skillfull enough to handle the boat by myself. Thankfully I get to go out on a whole bunch of boats during the weekends.
I feel like such an old guy. Guys my age need the speed of the jet ski or master craft, but I just like tooling around on the sailboat. P.S I live right on Taylor Lake, which is a tributary to Clear Lake. Your familiar to the area right?

Oh yes - I know the area well. I used to live on Nasa Road 1 - My best friend ran the Jalepeno Tree Restaurant in the day. I wind surfed on Taylor lake with some chick who lived there and was going to University of Houston CL - but that was eons ago. Used to go to the Turtle Club and watch the Wednesday night races - I sailed my share of races too - typically on other peoples boats.

Was in the 80s in San Diego County today. Took my FZ1 on a ride into the east county mountains. The air was sweet!
