Just a quick update on this. We just closed on the sale yesterday!!!!! I fired the realtor who would not put the sale on the MLS and found a way to do it our selfs for $400. We sold it the first day it was listed! for very close to the $500k asking price! Saved almost $25k in sales commission! So now I have to figure out what to do with the extra $$$ that I will not have to dish out every month!
