Wink Sutil wins GP of France!!!

Just kidding. I have no who won.

I just wanted to express my frustration that Fox is broadcasting the race on a tape delay. During race season, when the races are in televised in the early morning, I like to tivo them and watch them with a cup of coffee after I get up. Now I have to wait four hours and browse very carefully. grrrr

Hope it was a good race. No Spoilers here please, except if Sutil won, that would be a hell of bizarre race.

I forgot that FOX was doing the broadcast today.

I was up this morning all excited to see it.

I am "watching" the race via F1's live timing. Its an exciting race with some close racing going on in P3-P5

I am not giving anything away but it seems like its got some decent drama.

F1 is all about the money, just like every other "sport". I'll watch the races on the telly, but I would never pay the exhorbitant toll to attend...

So I am guessing it comes on at 12 Central time for me? Sweet. Looks like I am about to turn the tube on.

Then you will miss the best part of it! There is absolutely nothing like being at Monaco or Spa and almost having your guts ripped out by the sound of the cars roaring past.

Of course if you stay home, that makes more room for the rest of us! Enjoy the telly!

Why, what did it cost to enter at Montreal? LBGP is now $55 for one day. I'd pay a bill to see F1. That would be to stand, no seat.

If you haven't seen an F1 car running at speed, you need to at least once no matter what the cost.
Cart and indy are (were) not even close.

A bill Milt? is that $100? It's gonna be a lot more than that. I am sure there are some here who can break it down for you.

I have been to many Sports Car and Formula races thank you, both I & II back in the day when spectating was almost free, and one could stand at the edge of the track with little more than a wire fence and a few tires between you & the racers. Ah yes, racing when the drivers were fat and the tires were skinny. The cars did not even have seat belts, because in a crash you wanted to be the hell out of there.

FOX is doing the next race tape-delayed also.
