I think he is referring to the fact that it does not appear that this maxim character is who he claims to be, or says anything that has more than the merest kernel of veracity

As well as I travel a lot, and everytime I put out a note that I will be someplace and would like to meet Pelicans where I am for a few days, there are always a few people who want to get together and talk Porsches and have a drink or three. Have done this at least 3 times and Maxim has never responded to any of my posts (that I know of) nor the 4 PM's that I have sent.

Something very fishy about someone who likes to post so much but will never meet anyone IMHO...
