The Anti Client Nine Thread - International Justice Mission
Thanks to our favorite former governor, the topic of prostitution is being discussed at our dinner tables and chat rooms throughout the country. In light of his public service, I thought I would do a post about the International Justice Mission as the alter ego of Mr. Spitzer and his ilk.
Check it out: http://www.ijm.org/index.php The IJM appeals to my subversive nature because it does more than document atrocities or whine about perceived wrongs like another well known international group. The IJM identifies, exposes and then embarrasses governments into prosecuting bad guys. Their focus is on slavery, human sex trafficking, and people who abuse refugees. You don't hear a lot about them but they do some pretty cool stuff. I look at it as being like contributing to the War Refugee Board when Raul Wallenberg was al that stood between Hungary and Adolf Eichmann. They are probably best known for their work slowing human trafficking in Thailand and Southeast Asia. They've been responsible for prosecuting a number of pedophiles who traveled to Southeast Asia for sex tourism. They don't advertise it to publicly, but they are a Christian organization and a sub-specialty is rescuing Christians who have been captured and sold as slaves in places like the Sudan. If I had my choice between the UN or the IJM to protect me, I'd chose the IJM. OK, sermon over. Look it over and see what you think. Mike

I see no relation here. This girl was supposed to be making $100K per month. My guess is you couldn't run her away from this with a Louisville slugger!
