My wife and I were in an billboard ad. It was on I-10 and we would constantly get people that knew us calling and saying they just saw it or would have strangers saying "I know I've seen you somewhere" It's kinda weird and I can't imagine paying to have my image on one because even getting paid was kinda strange.

No, but there used to be a Corona beer billboard in Austin with a guy that looked exactly like me

I'm very glad Houston's current mayor doesn't see the need to put his big ugly mug on a billboard as you leave the Houston Airports like our old idiot mayor Brown did!

Actually, it's just billboards in General that offend me. Yes, I think it's pretty ridiculous when I see a Realtor with their picture on a billboard. Hell, often it would keep me from using them.

Billboards suck. I-10 between Texas and Pensacola is full of them.

Spain doesn't allow them. It's great, you drive down the freeway and the only thing that you see is the countryside. One bodega has found a way around the ban, but even then, it's actually sort of neat.

Occasionally, driving around in the Jerez region or maybe andalucia, you'll see one of these on a hill a half mile from the freeway.
