Right, makes sense. Let me ask you, now that I've done the grout, any harm in applying a penetrating sealer on the entire floor, to seal the tile also?

Most tile is glazed and does not/will not recieve a sealer.
If the grout is RAW it will take a penetrating sealer. If it has been colored ( epoxy color sealed ) I'd suspect it will resist new sealer or the color will be damaged by the solvent based sealer I suggested. KT
