Those walls could certainly use more cellulose. I recently insulated a 4000+ square foot home with dense pack cellulose and the house is ridiculously tight. In the near future, a few thousand SF of porcelain and stone will be laid. Papa wants a new tile saw.

Look forward to seeing more of your project.

Done!

The new stove goes in Friday.
House sale pending!

Upgrades include:

Dishwasher, garbage disposal, dual basin sink with pull-out faucet, undercabinet lighting, microwave/hood, granite tops, cabinets and tile backsplash.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice!

Except for the tile..... J/K Great job!

Ive installed Ikea cabinets on a few jobs, including my own kitchen. Im just real happy that they finally switched over to standard American dimensions instead of the old Euro sizes. They where a b!tch to match up with our stuff when they first came out.

Thanks!

I don't know what it all cost in the end.
Sort of a strange project.

I pecked away at it over two-three months between my regular jobs.
It's in an empty house. An estate.

Time and materials.
I did a lot of other unrelated projects at the house as well.

The tile is normally $11 a square foot.
I bought it from someone at $2.

I hauled nine trailer loads of debris to the dump as well at 2000+ pounds each

Trek, just out of curiosity, how much is the disposal fee in your area?

Most of the loads were around $60-70.

It was $29 a ton, I believe.
The rates just went up, however.

( transfer station )

Wow! Our county dump here charges $103 a ton for construction debris.

Obviously a job well done... but I did kinda dig the booth. Wish you could have rehabbed it and kept it.

Thanks,

I thought some of you may enjoy seeing the shots.

I'm going to take pictures of the 6 week long marble bath job I'm currently on.
