In An Absolut World... Mexico Reclaims Its Land?

It's just a silly ad, right?

I have a feeling that if Absolut would run that ad in the USA their sales would be ZERO.

Mexico achieved independance from Spain in 1821. The Northern territories were never really part of "Mexico". They were claimed by Spain, like Florida.

After the 1848 war, then the 1853 Gadsden purchase, those lands were officially part of the United States of America, and agreed between Mexico and the USA.

To look at it otherwise, is garbage.

Didn't they sell under a little duress? Perhaps I'm thinking 1846-8. Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo

Our Absolut goes down the drain tonight. Anyone care to do a map showing a Muslim conquest of Sweden??

Believe me, large portions of California still ARE part of Mexico.

Mexico can have California...well from just south of Laguna Seca on down.

I won't be buying Absolut again. It's not that great of Vodka anyways.

ppfffft, Swedes. I think that they are just trying to prepare to say "In an Absolut world, Norway wouldn't have kick our Absolut drunk Swedish butts off the good part of Scandinavia."

I enjoy vodka but absolut always gave me a headache. After the first 4 or 5 times I tried it, I realized this and haven't had it since.

Thank goodness the injuns can't get sober long enough to kick some invading white man a$$.

That'd be a war on two fronts and the last guy that tried to steal land and declare his race better than others lost it all when that happened.

Sad. Just sad.

Not buying that stuff anymore.

I hate Vodak anyways, I buy it for guests and for cooking (Vodak sauce).

I wonder if we could pull off a swap, Mexico for the Southwest US. Half of them are already here, anyway. The climate is much nicer down there, and double the beachfront property!

It isn't often PP makes me change my opinion, but after seeing Jim's video, I think I agree with their point.

Bravo! more people should write to companies like this, but include Marketing and C-level staff.
