Maternity coverage with that PPO?

Ever since borrowing the "The New Health Insurance Solution" by Pilzer, I really like the idea of going with a high deductible HSA compatible health plan. My wife and I still have plans to add a second child so I wanted to find a plan that offers adequate maternity coverage, as well as it being a PPO. Well, things are definitely changing... The plan I recently got into no longer exists (from only a month ago when I applied for it), in fact there are no insurance companies offering PPO and Maternity coverage at the same time unless you go HMO. (At least in PA) So much for the HSA idea... but fortunately I made the cutoff and I'll get the plan I wanted.

After "Seeing the light" while reading this book, I can't believe how long I relied on employer based health insurance.
