Seriously? I have no real debt, house is paid off, cars are paid off, no real cc debt.

I want to open up a wing joint but do not have the liquid assets to do it. ($300K)

I want to open one of these in a touristy area I have a couple of places picked out but do not have the balls to cash out my house and sell my business to go for it.
