Nice job! Now, to prove that the teapots are still circling Mars.

Live presser coming up @ 9pm Pacific on NASA TV.

NASA will certainly play down or even cover-up Teapot encounters.

Here it is....
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1211809181.jpg At least its shooting pics and info our direction. |
It's shocking that nasa didn't create another crater! Given their record, I didn't hold much hope of seeing any pics, but this is pretty cool stuff.

Lesse, they spent billions to send ANOTHER unmanned craft to a desert planet to send back pictures just like the pictures we already have, and you wonder why some people are not getting excited?
|
It's all about the pictures, man.

Studio hoax...

Here's a money shot.
First photograph of a space machine descending into the atmosphere of a foreign planet. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1211866609.jpg To top that off, there are two (IIRC) ships currently orbiting Mars and two functioning rovers on the surface. The orbiters and Phoenix make up a small local area network millions and millions of miles away. It's really staggeringly impressive what this all represents, yet "we" are so -almost- unimaginably far from the closest stars. And these "close stars" are but a few in our 100B star galaxy among 100B other galaxies. We are still relative monkeys, no doubt. Best, |

Here's footage that I captured from NASA TV of the Control Room. Great moment! (but I think arm-pumping-guy could be the next internet meme). :) |
