Calling someone a "liberal" was recently a criticism that was assumed to be effective but George Bush has fixed that problem now. You wanna really crush somebody's chances.....call them a "Republican."

Oh, I do believe he has been smeared indeed. I do not believe any of that Muslim stuff, flag pin stuff or pledge of allegience stuff at all...
But fighting back against all that is not enough to base your campaign on. Obamas friends and business associates are real. And they raise real issues of judgement. And where is this guys record of accoplishment in goverment? Or elsewhere?? He is fairly young, but what has he been doing since law school?? |

George Bush is no Republican. John McCain is no Republican.
I'm not sure anyone in DC is a Republican. Matt Blunt, around 35 yrs old, the current Gov of Missouri is a true Republican. He took office, cut, cut, cut and balanced the shrinking budget. Every Dem hates him - the others love him. He did the job he was elected to do. He is not running for a second term. Not sure why.
