Best Free or Cheap FTP program
Did a site for a local Ski Club in Dreamweaver (for free) with some internal frames that some of their people could update with MSWord or simple *.html pages. Have always just used the ftp in Dreamweaver, but they (understandably) don't want to pay the cost or use such a complicated program to do their updates.
What do people use these days for free/cheap FTP? |

FireFTP. It's a Firefox add on.

WinSCP3 is free and does SFTP...it's slower transfers, but if you need the secure part, it's the best free SFTP program I've found.

Or you can make a "network drive" using FTP mapping. Then it is just drag and drop!
