When I was in DC my friends pointed out the hotel Spitzer used. What a moron! Just because you spend thousands for the girl doesn't mean you have to use one of the most obvious and expensive hotels :o

There's a world of difference between a girl that likes to party in volume than one that's a depressed addict or mentally sick.
one that's talked into giving bj's at a bar is a different story. |

MOM DOES A SPITZ-TAKE
KRISTEN'S DISTRESS AT CLIENT'S SCHEMES NY Post; September 2, 2009 www.nypost.com The mother of the high-priced hooker who famously serviced Eliot Spitzer was stunned yesterday to learn the disgraced pol is mulling a run for office less than two years after the sordid sex scandal. "Only in America," Ashley Dupre's mom, Carolyn Capalbo, told The Post. While Spitzer is discussing the possibility of a run next year, Dupre -- who was 22 when the self-described "steamroller" of Albany paid to play with her -- is struggling to get back on her feet, said Capalbo. "I really can't blame him, but at the same time, my daughter's having a rough go," she said at the beach, near her home in Wall. "I can imagine she's not happy about it." "He has more credibility than a 22-year-old," Ashley's mom said in disbelief. Capalbo said her daughter had turned down lucrative offers to make a buck off of the scandal, including posing for nudie mags. Spitzer left office in 2008 after it was revealed he paid $4,300 to bed the prostitute he knew as "Kristen." The Post reported yesterday that he was discussing getting back into elected office. "The woman always ends up the filthy, marked whore and he ends up coming back the savior of politics," said a disgusted pal of Dupre. "I feel bad for her. She's the one who paid the price for it." The Post reported yesterday that Spitzer has been engaged in informal discussions with friends about the possibility of running for state comptroller, or for US Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand's seat. The news that the fierce-tempered former governor could be jumping back into politics had tongues wagging from Albany to the Upper East Side -- and Democrats fearing it could drag the whole ticket down in 2010. "It's crazy, but he's crazy. So it's certainly possible," said a prominent pol. "Can you imagine all the Democratic candidates next year, Cuomo, Paterson, whoever, being asked if they want Spitzer on their ticket? It would be a major embarrassment". A backer from when he was elected in 2006 said: "Spitzer's political currency was his moral integrity. He forfeited it. The issue wasn't the prostitution but the hypocrisy. He needs to find something else to do." Meanwhile, Gov. Paterson said he'd heard nothing from his old running mate about a possible return to public life. As for his feeling about a Spitzer candidacy, he joked, "I didn't hear [him talking about running for] governor, so it's all right with me." A giddy-looking Spitzer, leaving his Fifth Avenue home yesterday morning, told a Post photographer, "The only thing I'm running for is my cab." He denied to NY1 that he was running for office. However, several sources said Spitzer has been having conversations with friends about running for office next year. Several sources said he'd love his old job back as state attorney general, but it's considered too tough a political lift. "He's looked at everything," said one source. THE RETURN OF CLIENT 9
NY Post September 3, 2009 www.nypost.com Something has gone terribly wrong when a university professor earns just one-tenth the pay of a high- priced call girl, dontcha think? CCNY has hired former Gov. Eliot Spitzer -- who quit in disgrace after admitting to secret hotel trysts -- as an adjunct professor in its political science department. He will, Lord have mercy, teach a weekly three-hour course this fall on "Law and Public Policy" -- and for this he will be paid $4,500 for the semester, or roughly $100 an hour. Compare that with pricey prostitute Ashley Dupre, whose regular hourly rate was an eyebrow-raising $1,000. Doesn't seem right, does it? Still, we hope Spitzer sticks with his teaching gig and foregoes any thought of an electoral comeback. The Post's Maggie Haberman reported that Spitzer has been talking with friends about possibly running next year for state comptroller -- or even challenging newly appointed Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand. We understand how the current state of what passes for leadership in Albany might have Spitzer -- and even some voters -- thinking that his brief tenure was, by comparison, the Age of Pericles. But going before the voters again? Please. Forget -- for a moment, anyway -- the unseemliness of Spitzer running for office after the tawdry way he left it. Why would he even want to subject his family to the indignity? But voters should also know that Spitzer is far more responsible for the sad state of affairs in Albany than he probably would like anybody to realize. After all, he's the one who hand-picked David Paterson for lieutenant governor, making him first in line to succeed to the Executive Chamber. Then there was Spitzer's inability to deal with the Legislature, as well as his ham-handed dictatorial -- but ultimately ineffective -- style of governing. (Remember "I am a [bleep]ing steamroller"?) Oh, and did we mention Troopergate? Fact is, Spitzer already has done enough damage. Stay put, Eliot. |
Spitzer's Babe Slaps The Snobs
NY Post September 3, 2009 www.nypost.com Ashley Dupre, the high-priced escort who famously serviced former Gov. Eliot Spitzer, put out the following statement yesterday in response to The Post's stories about Spitzer mulling a return to public office. In it, she promotes her new R&B single, "Inside Out," which she posted on the hip-hop Web site Global Grind. I read the front page of the NY Post this week and was happy to see that Mr. Spitzer is moving on with his life and considering getting back into politics. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone deserves a second chance. Me too, right? Well, apparently not. Why? Because many people are liars and hypocrites. Let me give you just a few examples of what I keep encountering, despite my best efforts to move on. First, I'm often referred to as the "woman who brought down the Governor" - excuse me people, I didn't call the tabloids, I didn't blow the whistle and I didn't save "the dress." I did nothing to shine a light on my indiscretions or to "out" anyone else. Second, I keep being accused of "cashing in" on the scandal - wrong again. People think I made money off music that was exploited when the scandal first broke, that I am doing reality television, and that I made millions posing nude for magazines. The truth is none of those things happened. This situation closed far more doors than it ever opened. I didn't see a dime for my songs, but other people certainly did. I didn't pose nude for a magazine, but other people made money off of photos of me that they sold to tabloids. Even photos I posed for ages ago were sold to the highest bidder. I never sold any photos of myself - but people who I trusted did. And the "millions" for the nude pics? I was offered that, repeatedly - and turned them down because I didn't want to perpetuate the problem or feed into the stereotype. Third, speaking of perpetuating the problem and feeding into the stereotype, let me tell you about most book publishers - they are worse than the tabloids. I won't give them the "tell all" they are demanding and won't glorify and sensationalize "how exciting the life of a high-priced NYC escort must be," as one major publisher put it. Sorry folks, my life wasn't like a "Sex and the City" episode. I'm not sure that exists anywhere but on television. Oh, and I also love how some publishers who were interested in my story and had offers on the table suddenly pulled them because executives in the company had "personal and political reasons" about publishing the book. What does that mean? Did this hit too close to home for you because your husband cheated on you with an escort? Or would your wife feel insecure if she heard you were working with me? I will write the book regardless and do it for the right reasons. Fourth - ladies, ladies, ladies - so many of you have been cool, supportive and loving. But there are those of you out there who just love to judge. Let me say this - most girls, to varying degrees, of course, want to be pampered and have nice shoes, designer handbags and gorgeous clothes. I know many women who target guys with money and use them to get these things. They toy with them, flirt, go on dates, have sex and then drop hints about that new dress at the store down the street or being short on rent money - and the guys deliver it. This is a dishonest relationship. I see this all over New York City. Some women aren't as vindictive, but still dive into relationships with wealthy guys who they don't love or even find attractive, but they stay in it because they have a nice home, a car and spending money - they would rather stay in an unfulfilling or loveless relationship than lose that security. This, too, is a dishonest relationship. I see this type all over the suburbs of New Jersey with the housewives who are strung out on mood stabilizers or the couples who put all their attention on their chil dren so they don't have to deal with their own issues. What about going to those sugar daddy websites? Is that legal? Should it be? Is what I did any more dishon est? Get real and get over yourself. You'd be shocked at some of the messes I've gotten myself into . . . and, more importantly, how I got out of them. I have so much more to say, and I will - but it's time for Yoga class! Om Shanti! And while all this is going on, this is what I am really passionate about. My music. Here is a rough mix of a song I am working on that tells a little bit of my story. I hope you like it. :o) |

I read the article in Playboy. Even with the editors trying their best, it was a sad story of a broken family, missing father figure and being exploited from an early teen age by various people.
