Why won't my avitar work correctly
She jumps and her boobs bounce when I view it locally but once it's uploaded it won't work. What am I doing wrong?

I think you need to get all of the frames uploaded. The file size doesn't look big enough, like only the first frame?

Oh I see it. The avitar file limit is 19.5 and the animated .gif size is 19.9. Too big!

I see now. I just tried to change mine. Even though the total upload fails, it will put the first frame up.

Try this. It's 17.7K. I just deleted the last frame which was a double of the eyes closed frame at the start.

still not good. The file size is below the limit but the image size is above the 50X50 pixel limit.

The frames are 51 x 78. Each frame would have to be edited to resize & it would be awfully small.
