50 Best Guns Ever Made

From Field and Steam...no military hardware it seems.

http://www.gunbroker.com/user/info/info.asp?info=12

I have seven on the list

I own or have owned four on that list. No SIG's at all? C'mon.

This is like one of those Rolling Stone top 100 lists of the world's greatest guitarist with Eddie Van Halen at #73. Not too credible.

I would have to disagree with about half of what is on that list, and the order in which they are listed. I wonder who at Field and Stream put it together. I'm not all that impressed with their firearms savvy these days. I miss Warren Page...

I like the way they just listed "Parker" and" A H Fox". As ALL Parkers and AH Foxes. Pretty funny.

Hunting magazine, tough crowd for auto handguns.

22. Ruger Mark I ...................well just a few thrown in to show there is no bias.

Done.

For the love of Sigs, I don't agree with the list

I have some other guns that own the list...

The Sako 75 should be on there.

I've got 9 of the listed (rifles, shotguns, one pistol) and they are great, but my all time favorite is not on the list. The Beretta A390 is bird and clay crushing machine of fantastic design.

For the most part though, that's a good list of top 50 sporting arms.

No Colt 1911 .45?

WTF?

No Colts at all actually. I call shenanigans.

No Holland and Holland
No Boss
No Purdey

No English guns at all. They got a German one in there for us though

Maybe this was a list of AFFORDABLE guns for us.

Here are a few on my top 10 list. Just got the P7 back from Robar yesterday. They did a great job.

I've had half at one time or another but would revise the list considerably.
Better add the 98 with the 1903.
