Craigslist Insanity - $14K 944 N/A
Sometimes stuff pops up on Craigslist that's too good not to post...
$14K - '87 N/A that goes 160 and gets 35mpg. The first detail in the long list: "The car stereo consist of: Receiver from Wal-Mart ($110)..." Apparently it also comes with a train horn. No idea how many miles are on it, by the way. http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/car/781498395.html

Just read the 944 ad, that's actually kind of sad.
Some dude living in a trailer park, spending $900 for "custom speaker pods," $300 for an air horn setup (WTF?!?), $400 for a rear view camera and DVD player, $2200 (WTF X2) for subwoofers, driven by his $100 Walmart receiver, $500 for spark plug wires, etc. . . . all dumped into a $3500 944. Then thinking he can get $14K for it. Kinda sad. |
