I have a feeling it probably also matters on the 'mouse'. I use a wireless mouse, I have a feeling that must slow things down. Big mouse button to Transmitter to Receiver to USB port to blah blah blah, I could see it making a slim difference.

I seem to get a lot around .250 +-10, but I started getting more in the .220 range after a couple of tries. I did accidentally get a .068 once. My finger jumped. It's too bad I can't consistently get that time.
