Obama has brought hope to the republicans also.
We HOPE there aren't enough fools to elect him. We HOPE he doesn't get elected and screw this country up beyond repair.

We HOPE that mankind can survive with so many people who can be fooled with a simple smile and catch phrase polluting the gene pool.

There was a time when we didn't have to worry about this, People who didn't have a clue were usually too lazy to vote so they were a non-factor. But Obama has drawn them out of the closet with promises of free stuff they didn't earn or deserve. He has rallied the clueless and got them involved. they still don't have a clue but are now a factor.
Democrats, the party of the clueless. That would have a nice ring if it wasn't so dangerous.

I have talked to some Jews at work that are strangley enough, Democrats. They were going to vote for Hillary, didn't really know why but she is a Democrat. Now they will vote for Obama, he is a Democrat. I asked them what Hillary or Obama, Democrats, Blacks, have ever done for Jews, it doesn't matter.

The push to oppose Gore in the Nobel Peace prize using a WW2 partisan was a pretty good tactic: Use emotional Jewish religeous sentiments to isolate the American-Zionist money from the "Democratic/Environmentalist"(Gore) party.

Unfortunately for the neo-cons, not all American "Jews" and "Democrats" fall into a lump-sum demographic.
The US is all about a diversified balance:cool: (areas of LA and Detroit excepted of course)

there is a lot of obama bashing on this forum. there are also a lot of things i don't like about his stated policies. however, i haven't heard anything from mccain that i like. so, i am not sure where that leaves me. i'll vote for the anarchy party.

It is simple, they have more tools.

It's nuance, seeing seams, the color between black and white, the anti-simple...they vote democrat because they have more tools to be more informed.

It is that easy...get on board my friend or you're simple, a dolt.

Why do the Republicans, who believe in faith, not believe in hope.

Why do the Democrats, who believe in hope, not believe in faith.

The only difference I can see is that one is real, right now, right in front of you.
The other is imaginary, out of reach, and most likely never attainable.

I am sure that if "the idol" ever returned, the people with faith would not support him. That would mean they would have to end their faith, and start to hope he is the real thing. Hope is not a Republican based way of thinking, Faith is.

They would probably put him in Guantanamo and return their faith based way of thinking.
Faith is easier, it requires nothing but wishing. Hope is a little bit more realistic.

Faith is wishing for a train, hope is knowing a train is there and hoping it is on time.

Seahawk, better manually check the prop pitch linkage. Exhaust may be recirculating throught the cabin;). (Just kidding of course.)

You're right, a ten year plan can be considered unreachable if a one year plan begins of compile complications. It's all in the details.

Just because they don't believe the soacilist view you do doesn't mean the don't believe in hope, it's the Obama Hype they don't belive in.

Why do the Democrats, who believe in hope, not believe in faith.

Why?

Hope is imaginary, HYPE is Obama

Maybe Republicans are Realists, they just don't believe in Obama Hype

They would probably put him in Guantanamo and return their faith based way of thinking.

You better look up faith and hope, you have them backwards. Then look up Obama under HYPE.

Faith is wishing for a train, hope is knowing a train is there and hoping it is on time.

You are so wrong, again, FAITH is knowing the train is on the tracks, HOPE is wanting it to be on time. HYPE is Obama

Have another coctail.

There are participants here that some feel are not intelligent enough to recognize sarcasm, jest, devil's advocacy, etc. Green is used to help the unintelligent comprehend what they are reading.

Brilliant idea, no? I could be wrong, but I think this was originated by Island.

Actually, it was originated by Rammstein. He had a whole bunch of other suggestions, but this is the only one that stuck.
