What happened to the Member List?

Been gone for a while. Trying to locate a member, but now I canīt find the Member List. Used to be located in the blue row among FAQ, Calender, Search etc. Gone?

Remember a bot or a hacker got on and had figured out that some users were using their user name as their password and then was PMing porn to everyone?
