Actually, that was my first thought as well. Our Son is a good size kid and can punch well. He is not opposed to a donnybrook. When I told him that the next time he does that to give him an upper cut to the nose my Son said "Dad, I can't do that - that would be just as bad as what he is doing plus I would get kicked out of school." Smart kid.

In the old days we could smack down but times they have a changed and a good ol fashioned punch in da kisser just ain't an option any mo.

Does this kid show any signs of being an "emo/goth" kid?

reminds me of the drummer in my brother's band in HS. He was 17 and I was 13, thought it was funny to give you the charly horse punch in the leg. Told him not to, broke his nose next time he did. He was so surprised to be bleeding profusely like that

I think this case is more than bad manners

cry baby as a life style = emo
goth is an emo who likes to dress dark, and be pale, and listen to goth music

goth and emo are all the pussy crybabies that run around saying life sucks and dressing in black yadda yadda it's kinda like the new punk style...

If he becomes an emo kid, please encourage your son to kick his ass. Then the poor emo kid really WILL have a reason to feel sorry for himself. Honestly, he's doing him a favor.

Last year there was a girl in my daughters class that was a bit of a ***** bully.

Told my daughter that she is never to use violence against anyone but if someone lays hands on her I expect her to defend herself appropriately.

She said she would get in trouble at school. I told her not to worry about that, that would be my problem to deal with the administration.

Daughter had a Tae Kwon Do competition last year, watching her I feel sorry for anyone that pushes her too hard.
