This is especially true when shooting Xylene-thinned POR15. My experience also creates the hardest finish. did my front and rear control arms and they came out beautifully and you can hit'em with a hammer.

I use a small touch up gun that I got at HD. It has a top lever like an airbrush and works very nicely for smaller projects. Holds about a pint. Cheap Cambell Hausefield about $20.00. It can squirt nicely with 20 lbs. pressure.
