The Invader
There was a Hot Rob/Custom/American Iron car show around the corner today.
Some nice cars. Lots of DIY guys with talent. So I pulled the MB out and took the kids over to enjoy the sun and cars. Good group of guys running it. I pulled up and told them was not there to show and asked where a good place to park away from the everyday cars would be. He looks and tells me to pull it into the show, they'll waive the regi fee, it's a pretty car and we'd love to have it displayed, take 2 spots if you want. No Black Audi attitude with this bunch.  Nice way to spend a few hours today. Was hoping to bump into Mike the Lubemaster

Some of the cars.
Was a nice venue for a show. Bartonville, bunch of Renlist 928 guys meet here for breakfast 1st saturday of the month.    The picture does not do justice to how bright this thing was.   This was cool. Wish I had gotten a better shot, it's a Blower attached to/driven directly from the crank.  Arden, my little girl.
