No kidding, what a waste of time. This was a lot of fun though.
I did a lot of things with brute force. This is a good example. Didn't even clean up! Unpossible: http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=3449348 A little more elegant U-turn. Unfortunately I did not save my earlier designs. I had good luck making vehicles that were hoppers and jerky. They act unpredictably, but can get you there ok. http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=3449643 I did the 4 balls with a conveyor style too. http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=3362854 I am amazed how similar folks ideas are.
