I have to visit a prison hospital next week. Good thing I'm fat right now.
I sell medical products and next week I have an appt at a prison hospital. It's bad enough that I have to walk among the prison population escorted only by an unarmed med tech but they let prisoners work in the hospital! The criminals can roam the hallways and all the med techs have for protection is a freaking whistle.
Man, I hate going there. I'm pretty gregarious but when I'm in the place, I don't make eye contact and I keep conversations to a minimum. Am I glad I've got on an extra 25lb right now. That may not matter though. They'll just think I've got more bounce to the ounce. I'm making myself sick with worry. |

Most, if not all, prisoners working in prison hospitals are low risk offenders, like tax evaders and kids popped for having pot. They don't (usually) let rapists and murders do jobs like that.

Relax, you'll be fine. Additionally, as most people try to avoid doing work with prisons you may find that you get to sell quite a bit of stuff. My company supplies food to numerous corrections facilities. We make ALOT of money off of it.

My SIL works for DOC in Va., she said she has seen more peckers than she thought there were in the world.
They like to flash the ladies. Heck, I could have told them that doesn't work very often.

I found the jail ward at LA County to be a pretty safe place. Probably the safest place in the entire hospital. The inmates/patients would much rather be in the hospital (even LA County!) than stuck in jail/prison. Time is time. Might as well serve it in a nicer environment. So they realize that they have to be on good behavior. If not, you send them back to prison.
That being said, you'll be a big hit if you've got dentures, pretty boy.
