In a perverse twist, my father lives in Ann Arbor, just 40 miles to the west of Detroit and their property values are up this year.

A neighbor blew me away last week when he showed me the local paper for our town of around 200+K population. It's a suburb of San Diego. 73 pages of forclosures!!
