Where would you drive that? Not on public roads. Get laughed off any kart track.
Would you let a kid drive it? The front wing will be gone in 60 seconds. Looks like a novelty toy, after 1 week you start wondering how you're going to get rid of it.

That'd be fun! You would just need a big parking lot, preferably off the beaten path, that is not used on the weekends. We could use that at our local school, they have a big blacktop, it's not gated, and can't be seen from the street.
Set up some cones, a stopwatch and the kids could have time trials. |
