It must have chunky peanut butter and strawberry preserves.

There is no other way.

mix about 2/3 cup sugar with about 1 1/3 cup flour. add a pinch of salt, as much cinnamon as you like. [i like it a lot so about 1 1/2 teaspoons.]
cut up 7/8 of a stick of cold butter into thin slices and mix well with flour/sugar mixture til crumbly. put back into fridge to chill. this will keep in fridge for days. double the recipe if you like extra. it is also great on berries or apples as a crisp.

lay out a small pizza dough, spread peanut butter out to within about a half inch of the edge, cover peanut butter completely with jelly or jam of your choice. make sure to overlay the jelly past the pb edge [pb will burn if not covered with jam].

sprinkle streusel over jam, shove into a 450 degree oven and cook til streusel is browned and jelly is bubbling at edges.

i found that an extra pan for extra insulation is a good way to prevent overcooking the bottom.

since making this one i decided to try making one with sliced apples between the pb and the j.
then i thought i should try one with dark chocolate as well, also mounted under the streusel.

serves one if you can keep everyone else away.

i like it cold even better than hot.
