Leno's Countach

Nice video of Leno discussing his Countach. Can't help but admire the other stuff lurking in the background of his 'garage'.

AWESOME video! Thanks so much for posting it! I don't care how impractical a Countach is, it'll always be my #1 dream car. Some day I might buy one, who knows, but it'll always be numero uno in my books. And yes, I had the poster on my wall as a kid (though I'm only in my early 30s!).

Cool video. Leno seems like a true "car guy," like most of us would be if we had that kind of bank. Doesn't just buy cars because he can, he seems to really enjoy them, and know a lot about them.

Funny how he has the same memories of the 80s car scene that most of us do, the posters, the Alpine tape decks being the best, etc.

Cool! Leno is at the top of my list of people I'd like to meet. The problem is I wouldn't want to just meet him, I'd want to spend at least a week with him

Neat story at the end about the kid.

Amazing car, but also amazing how dated the interior looks compared to a mid-80's 911.

Right...we all know Porsche made better cars back then.

Remember Adreain Barbou (sp?) in the Cannonball movie?

Same here... and even if it was only for a day or two, I'd love a tour of his garage and a ride in a couple of his cars.

Sarc, can you provide a link to that video? Is it the '86 Countach QV video on the Jay Leno's Garage site?

his list of toys is long and diverse...so
if he doesn't own a Miura ..
it's because he doesn't want one..
it's not the $...

Sarc, I just went to the site and watched it... and since David mentioned the part about "the kid," I know that's the one.

Guys, he has a '67 Miura P400 and a '69 Miura S according to this:

He obviously has at least one Miura, it's sitting right next to the Countach in the video and he talks a bit about it.

There is a Miura on each side of the countach and a miura in the opening of that video? Have any of you watched it?
